The climate crisis is one of the greatest challenges of our present global civilization.
For almost a year now, the policies that see this systemic connection and take it seriously as a design task have been discussed worldwide under the term of a “green new deal”. This is nothing less than the search for the future design of a new social contract, which helps us to contain the climate crisis and to re-regulate the relationships between business, politics, environment and people.
How do we accomplish the unprecedented task of putting our society on new foundations to protect the climate and ultimately our future? Green New Deal(s) is Future Design par excellence - transformative, democratic, necessary, sustainable.
