ARTIFICIAL AND ARTISTIC INTELLIGENCE

23. JULY 2020
9:30am - 12:00pm

The climate crisis, the COVID_19 crisis and the crisis of impending ecological collapse affect not only the nature in which we live, but also our economic, political, social and technological systems. These crises are fundamental crises of the current global civilization and therefore also an issue and a challenge for art.

Much of what will happen in the next thirty years, alongside climate change, will be driven by technological trends that are already happening today; such as virtual realities, an ondemand economy, "big data", robotization, "human enhancement" and artificial intelligence. These current trends are exacerbated and accelerated by the Corona crisis.

We have to balance natural stupidity and artificial intelligence with creative artistic intelligence and thus generate new opportunities for social, economic, ecological and artistic transformation.
